Freedom of Information
South Yorkshire Probation Trust has adopted the Information
Commissioner's model publication scheme under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000 (FOIA).
The scheme has been approved by the Information Commissioner as
a model scheme for use by any public authority.

Financial information relating to projected and actual income and
expenditure, tendering, procurement and contracts.

Policy proposals and decisions. Decision making processes, internal
criteria and procedures, consultations.

Current written protocols for delivering our functions and

Information held in registers required by law and other lists and
registers relating to the functions of the authority.

Advice and guidance, booklets and leaflets, transactions and media
releases. A description of the services offered.

Charges for the information
Information on this website may be downloaded free of charge. If
you request information which is not available on this website we
may make a charge for photocopying (at a rate of 10p per page) and
postage, where this amounts to more than £30.
Alternatively if you would like further information about the
probation service or have a general query, neither of which is
related to FOIA, you may continue to request these through our
normal contact address.
